Introduction: MMM Securities LLC (“MMM”) will operate an ATS that provides secondary trading of exempt securities for other broker-dealers and qualified custodians. MMM’s ATS will serve other broker-dealers and qualified custodians in a B2B capacity. MMM’s ATS will not have individual subscribers (aka Natural Person). MMM’s ATS Subscribers will be broker-dealers or qualified custodians seeking the facility to trade exempt securities in the secondary market for its customers.
