Primary Issuance
Monark's primary offering product facilitates the entire lifecycle of the primary issuance in private securities, from capital formation to cash and security movement. Our API-driven product focuses on all the backend functionalities, enabling you to to deliver on a flawless UI/UX experience.
Secondary Trading
Buy and sell orders are submitted by investors through their brokerages. Orders are matched on Monark's ATS. Our trading system integrates directly into brokerage platforms' interface, enabling brokers to offer clients an exchange-like investment experience in alternative assets.
